The three phases of an install
Every project moves through the same three phases. We manage each one and the inspections that go with them.
Rough-in
Once framing is up, we run all the wiring, set boxes, drill and route, and install panels and home runs. We coordinate with HVAC and plumbing to keep the walls clean and conflict-free, then book the rough-in inspection.
Service
We install the meter base, service mast, and main panel, and coordinate the temporary and permanent power connections with the utility so the site is energized when you need it.
Final / trim-out
After drywall and paint, we install devices, fixtures, switches, pot lights, and cover plates, test every circuit, and book the final inspection for your occupancy or certificate.
